Chain me to my Computer
Writing isn't my main job which means my writing time is precious.
It also means that sometimes (often, actually) real-life gets in the way. There are days when sitting down at my computer and working on this piece of romantic fiction is impossible. As well as a day job my writing projects come from various sources, so when a deadline comes through, it shuffles its way to the front of my writing to-do list.
Prioritising tasks has become a very important skill in my day-to-day life.
River's Heart was previously scheduled for release in August, but sadly it keeps getting pushed back because of other commitments. The release now, however is set for the end of September, and I'm going to try my absolute hardest to ensure that it stays on course.
Finding time to write is a challenge than many writers face, but they always say that you prioritise the things that are important, and the release of this short-story is important to me.
It will happen soon.
